  • I've been fortunate enough to have found some really great businesses this year and NRS is one of them. Long story short, we had issues with our warranty company and the company they referred us to. I called NRS and spoke with a gentleman about my problem. He knew what the issue was immediately and said they were very busy but could squeeze me in the next day. It was a Friday and I was surprised they could accommodate us on the weekend. They picked up every phone call and every text message we sent them. They gave us a courtesy call and arrived within the time frame both times they were out here. They installed a new compressor and even went out of their way to clean the unit before they put all parts back together. Now that's work ethic you don't see in this town every day. They stayed to make sure we had cool air blowing through the vents again. When other companies wanted to screw us over I'm blown away with how honest and fair this company is. Before you call any other AC repair business give them a call first. You won't regret it!
