  • So I got a points car wash from this place we wanted to wash the car but then I notice the car is to low I don't wanna risk to scratch up my car from down so I went back first the guy told me he can't not refund the money but after he called his manager he was ok with returning the points. After I scan my points key it showed 499$ on the screen and I just asked what's up with the 499$ and he was like very rude just do it and then said it's just points.... and shake his head like wtf is that ur customer service we were just asking(btw the guy had a beard) Iam just saying that so the manager knows who am I talking about!!! If you can't be friendly don't work at such place!!! I will never go to this place!!! And I would suggest it to no one else And yes if u the guy who was it then screw u!!!
