  • Came here with a group of friends for updos. The hairstyle looked great and held up for the whole day, but the reason why I'm giving this such a low rating is because of their sneaky practice of automatically adding 20% tip without telling their customers! Because I wasn't told this, I added tip on top of that, and they didn't bother letting me know. I won't be coming here again because of this poor business practice. Also customer service was lacking overall. Stylists didn't smile or make us feel welcome.
