  • I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible horrible company, worse service I have ever experienced... my ac thermostat hasn't worked since I bought my new house, it has been 11 MONTHS of trying to resolve this issue. Contacted the builder, who then contacted Chas Roberts, I was there while on speaker phone, for them to come out and fix the issue. They came once, couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then I never heard from them again... Contacted them again through the builder and they came out again, figured out what was wrong, left and never came back... Contacted them again several times through the builder, and I got a call randomly saying they were on their way. This was at 10am. I wait around ALL DAY and no one ever comes. At about 6pm, I call the number they called from and the tech says it wasn't him that called, that he got to all his rounds? Uh! Hello! This is the number that called me and had me waiting around all day for nothing... Never came... Contacted them again through builder... nothing... AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!
