I would leave NO STARS if I could! I chose this "business" due to their late delivery hours and because I was craving something sweet. I placed an order online at 2:02am. Went to track my order and realized that I entered my telephone number wrong. I sent an email stating the mistake as well as providing my correct phone number. I then called the "store" to confirm. I held on the line for a few minutes. No one ever answered. I called back. Same thing. I then went to the website to call the 1-877 customer service number. After about a 5 minute hold, I was able to give my correct phone number to the associate and she informed me that she'd contact the store with the update.
Current time is 3:36am. My order has NOT arrived and I am unable to track it. I called the customer service line AGAIN. Explained to him the situation AGAIN! He put me on a brief hold while he contacted the store. Of course they were NOT answering their phone. The customer service rep told me that by looking into their system, my order has NOT even left the store. (They close at 3, the time is 3:36). He gave me the option of having my order delivered at a different time or a refund. A 3 to 5 business day wait refund!
This place will NEVER get my business ever again. (Walk-in, online ordering, NOTHING). Buyer beware!
