  • I've been going to this place for years, anyone in Vegas knows how hard it is to find a good mechanic. I don't know if they're under new management or ownership but this place has gone downhill with each visit in the last 2 years, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped it would get better. Unfortunately it has not! I have referred every family member that lives here (9 cars in total) to this purrfect auto specifically and they've all had issues lately. So, it's time to jump ship and find another mechanic for all NINE of our cars actually 10, a car was just purchased this month. The best part is they don't even care, especially Ramon at the front desk. It's not just the fact that everyone is rude and condescending most of the time, but I've had issues with 2 cars that were brought in multiple times and cost upwards of $6,000 once they finally figured out the problem. They'll quote you a price which is usually inaccurate but they'll take the "quoted price" if paid in cash. Bye bye purrfect auto and best of luck to you staying in business!!
