  • Have OneGuard Warranty so they sent Collins for a leaky kitchen faucet. Eric called ahead of time to say he was 20min away, was prompt and courteous, diagnosed the issue and did his best to repair but ultimately the faucet was beyond that so replaced it (as per warranty coverage) with a similar one. Recommended! I have also had Collins service our AC units and they are always good guys that are sent out and do great work. I would call them for work outside of my warranty coverage.
