I wanted to like this place because it so close to home and the reviews seemed good... but no. So I was able to make a same day apt which is great but when I got there they acted like they forgot I was coming. I was first seated with a female tech but mid way in I ended up being switched to Jason.
First bad sign was he huffed and puffed and sighed and groaned at every change and correction I had. I even paid and tipped before he was finished and he still rushed through and left me unsatisfied.I stated I wanted square and as thin and natural as possible.
What u ended up with was wide and thick unnatural mess. He did it so far from the cuticle it looks like I've already had them a week..
I don't want to write them off just yet I plan to go back and see if they will rectify the issue.
UPDATE so I just stopped in to see if someone was going to fix his mistake. All I got from Jason was attitude. I told him they were way too thick and wide and they already looked like I had them a week and needed a fill.. he gets loud and states that this is the best he could do. He said he could either reshape them at 6pm or take them off and give me my money back and walked off..So I have 5hrs to decide if I want to give a 2nd chance or if I'm taking my $50 somewhere else..
Either way I'm am furious, I finally decide to treat myself after going years without getting a full set and this is what happens.. ugh
