  • For over the course of 4 months I had left several messages pertaining to make up classes, and questions. Not one time did someone ever return messages. They will NEVER answer the phone no matter what time you call. The waiting areas smell, dark, and the seats are dirty and gross. My child never had the same instructor more than 2x, they can't keep them. So unprofessional.
