  • I have been living with chronic pain that was exacerbated and became 100x worse after being rear ended in a car accident. After being prescribed cocktails of medications and opiates, I decided enough is enough and I finally made an appointment at the Sun Valley Surprise location. It was a beautiful office, very clean and modern. The highlight of my experience was working with Jacob, a very professional looking and well mannered guy that ran the front desk. He helped me understand what type of documentation I need from my doctor. I recommend that you come with that ahead of time for a faster certification process. Everyone I touched base with from there was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and respectful. I was honestly shocked at how comforting it felt to know that my complaints were taken seriously and respectfully. It was the best experience with any doctor I have ever had. I breathed a big sigh of relief after leaving their office. Definitely recommend. Another bonus: they do NOT charge the office visit fee for minors with life threatening conditions. The woman I spoke to who helped me through the application process explained that as a company they don't believe in charging more for a parent who is already dealing with a higher cost to the state along with medical bills for a life threatening illness. Pretty awesome.
