  • Got a mug there and the letters started falling off. No washing directions were included. Tried to return it. Girl said no because you used it. Are you serious???!! Of course I used it!! Asked for a higher manager to call me. No one ever did. Great job guys! you lost a customer over what.... The cost of a $10 mug.
