Our washer had suddenly stopped draining. I reached out to Phoenix Appliance Repair Services for help! I found them on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I initially spoke Vladimir who told me about the $65 service fee that would go toward the repair. I was then contacted by Alec (via text which was my preferred communication method) who then came out that Saturday when I was available. Just looking at the washer identified some possible issues. Once the washer was taken apart we found it was a clogged internal drain. All was needed was a rinse of the drain and put the washer back together. Total cost $135, totally worth it!
Thanks!
