  • I was here a little over a week ago for eyelash extensions. It was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions but not my friends first. I chose this place because of the positive reviews but now I realize that none of them are about their eyelash extensions service. I'm completely shocked at how poor the quality is. I might as well stick with fake lashes. For $100+, I was expecting it to last around 3 weeks like other places my friend has gone to. But no, after a day they started falling out constantly even when I waited 24 hours to wash my face. Also, I did not use any eye makeup and my friend almost never wears makeup let alone eye makeup, and I avoided rubbing my eyes. Still, every morning my friend and I woke up with eyelash extensions all over our faces, most of the time without any real lashes attached. So by now we have no eyelash extensions left. If you search online for other reviews, I don't think there's a place as bad as this when they are charging $100+! I'm definitely never coming back here, especially since I spent a good 3 hours on travel time to go there. Ontop of that, they were unwilling to offer my friend and I a refund. I had to walk around with weird uneven eyelashes after just 5 days getting the extensions. My friend experienced almost the same as me, but hers fell out even quicker. It's outrageous that they would only offer me $30 for a quickie but then after my friend was offered a free refill. However, we have no confidence in OmSpa to go back. They lack service and accountability. OmSpa does not guarantee satisfaction! Avoid OmSpa for extensions if you want them to even last over 5 days! Try many of the other spas offering eyelash extensions because they will last you 3 weeks.
