  • This TRASH ass store doesn't even deserve 1 star! The whole service is TRASH! The owner is TRASH! They kept my phone for 3 days I paid a day in advance they gave me multiple excuses on why fixing an iPhone 8 Plus cracked screen was taking 3 days! On the 3rd day they called me to say they broke my battery to my phone and it doesn't charge or stay on they have to keep it another day! I went up there 650pm to get my phone and these dumb fcks closed the door on me but called me @ 636 to come down! & kept my phone hostage over night w/o my permission! They are no where near professional it's all a scam! They deserve all the bad yelps reviews and any and everything that comes there way!! They are complete trash all 6 locations!! Rancho being the worse! Deal w ur phone insurance over them ANYDAY! Throw the whole chain of iPhone doctors away!
