  • On the evening of 4/17/2017 I took my 14 year old daughter to the ER. We waited about 45 minutes and they triaged her and then sent us to the Pediatric waiting area. We sat and waited for 4 hours. There were about twenty people in the waiting room, and not one patient was called back. Not a single employee came back to say how long it would be or frankly to say anything. We left after four hours as my daughter was in so much pain sitting there. We then took her to Urgent Care the next day. I am very disappointed in the care we received. We will never go back to Banner Thunderbird.
