  • This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I was there for 10 days. Not once did anyone come to even empty the trash never mind change the sheets or clean. I had to leave my trash bags outside my door and if I wanted to have clean sheets I could go down to the so-called front desk and get them for $4.99 and change them myself. Speaking of doing things myself. When I called down to ask why there was no dishes or pots and pans in the unit I was told I would have to go down to the front desk and get them. They were in a fairly large box that I had to bring up myself. Again, this is an extended stay place, shouldn't this stuff already be in in the pint size (not fully equipped at advertised) kitchen. The sheets were scratchy and the TV barely worked. Not to mention for an extended stay - no hair dryer. Seriously what hotel doesn't provide hair dryers anymore. They may have had WIFI but honestly, I didn't know as no one told me anything about WIFI or anything else for that matter when I checked in. The women at the front desk was not helpful at all and just plain rude. Also, it is very very loud. There is a lot of noise from the nearby highway but also from inside the hotel. You hear doors slamming and some very loud bumps or something. It was actually very hard to sleep. I really could go on and on. It was horrible. I never not leave something for the maids but I was so pissed off I left nothing. Not one penny. Do not stay here!!
