  • Thank you, Khrissy, for following up with a new customer! I have nothing but good things to say about your business and especially Kimberly who helped to check me in. The dog that I brought in is a Shih Tzu named Baby Bear. He is 13 and has special needs. He's covered in tumors which are non-operable and he has little time left. The groomer we have been taking him to is not as conscientious as your groomer. There has not been one time that we have picked him up where he didn't have excessive bleeding from one of his tumors getting nicked. Yesterday was tremendous! He had been given the TLC treatment and none of his tumors were nicked! I especially appreciated Kimberly's reassurance that Bear would be lifted up and lifted down to each of the services he needed to be on, since he is old and frail. Again, thank you for helping to provide Bear with the gift of being clean and groomed which adds to his comfort during this difficult time.
