  • Just had the worst haircut experience I've had in 28 years. Said exactly what I wanted but the lady went ahead and cut my hair how she decided. When I said something she got very combative and argumentative. She said this is the right way to do it and she's been cutting hair for 11 years, completely ignoring my wishes. No respect for the customer and should have known to expect this from Supercuts, but unfortunately needed a last minute cut.
