rev:text	I bought a birthday cake for my daughter and wrote down specific instructions for the baker. I ordered the cake from the baker, his manager and a counter person. We had an extensive conversation about this cake. I was adamant about what I wanted and because of the negativity I received from the baker I was a little nervous leaving my order with him. I usually buy my birthday cakes from the shea Fry's. Out of convenience I decided to try this new "improved" fry's out. Boy am I ever sorry. The cake I received was not what I asked for. I believe out of spite the baker specifically left out the very thing I asked for. The cake is tacky, ugly And atrocious. Even if I imagined them screwing it up did I imagine it to look like this. I have never been so disappointed with customer service or the end product from a fry's bakery. I have ordered cakes from the Shea bakery every year since my daughter has been born and everyone has enjoyed them at our parties. This year I am embarrassed to serve it. Clearly the Scottsdale clientele enjoys a different standard than the central Phoenix client. From a customer service stand point I am so disappointed with this new store. I won't be returning there ever to buy anything. I received no apology and no remedy. It is my daughters birthday cake. She wanted certain things in the cake. And that didn't happen. I'm so disgusted. Never go to this bakery if you want quality product or good customer service. Because you won't find it here. I took a gamble and I lost!
