  • I signed up for yelp specifically to comment on how awful this place is. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! 4 days ago I had Sam come out (of whom had his wife in his car with him dropping f bombs at him loud enough for me and all of my neighbors to hear) who said that "for the low price of $350+tax" he would shampoo and scotch guard 4 rooms for me. 4 days later that musty carpet smell continued to linger so I went and bought a Bissell carpet cleaner....Dear Lord what a difference. Keep in mind it's only been 4 days since my carpets were " professionally" cleaned. After cleaning only one room I had a solid handful of hair and a bucket full of dirty water the color of hot cocoa. So of course I call up to complain and get a refund. I didn't mind paying for the basic steam cleaning, but paying for what was actually done was a complete joke and of course they have a no refund policy. So if you're thinking about using this company do yourselves a favor...buy a Bissell Deep Cleaner, throw away $150 and you'll still have $50 left over. WORST. COMPANY. EVER!!!!!
