  • I came in today and initially came in for three people to have fills. A tech came and asked if we wanted pedicures as well, so we said yes. We didn't have an appointment but we were told they could take us. So the tech walks over and says I can come start my pedicure. As soon as I sit down and get my feet in the water, the woman up front (I'm assuming their manager) looks and says, "you only said you wanted a fill" and I said, "yes, but another person asked if we wanted them and I said yes". She then proceeds to huff and puff and roll her eyes and tell us she's not going to do it. Never again will I go here.
