This place is awful. I live in the area and I used to go here before ownership changed and it was great. I would get coffee or if I was on the go and wanted a quick bite I would get a hot dog from time to time. They changed ownership and a few things changed with it.
As many of you have experienced, sometimes when you are putting sauces on a dog or adding cream etc to a coffee you may get a little sauce or something on your fingers. What would you normally do? Simply reach right next to you and grab a napkin. No napkins were to be found. I went to the counter and asked if they had napkins and the attendant pulled out a couple napkins from behind the counter and gave them to me. I didn't think that much of it. I returned a few days later and noticed they did not have any napkins again. I asked and the attendant gave me napkins. I asked why they don't stock them and was told that "people take too many". This may seem trivial but this whole "napkin thing" really irritated me. The owner was there and I told him my thoughts and he got pretty short with me. I told him that the next time I come in I hope I will see napkins, if not I would boycott the store for life. I then told him that I have been coming here for years and get all sorts of stuff from gas to, coffee to drinks etc. and that over the lifetime of my consumption alone it would justify allowing customers to have access to napkins. I even suggested that they raise the price of one item a couple pennies to cover the outrageous expense of napkins. In all reality the napkins should be factored in as a cost of doing business. I know this seems a bit extreme over napkins but like I said for some reason the whole thing really got under my skin.
