Worst Quest location EVER. It has nothing to do with making an appointment or not because even WITH an appointment your wait time can be 45min. Signed in at 9:59 and was called up at 10:12 to hand over order. I filled out authorization form and advised that I needed my OLD lab results from 1/11 and 2/11 to compare BEFORE I am called up to due blood work. At 12:00 I stepped up to ask if they got the old results yet and they handed me 12/11 which was faxed to them at 10:38. I'm confused, not only did you wait 1.5 hours to give it to me. You gave me the WRONG month. After explaining YET AGAIN I needed 1/11 and 2/11, I get a snappy answer back that they need to request it from client services and have them fax it over. FINE! Do your part because I did mine when I filled out the auth form. After a back and forth for 3min I get the CORRECTED form 5min later. YUP all in 5min like they couldn't have done that 2 HOURS AGO! As if that wasn't painful enough, I didn't get my blood drawn for 2 hours and 15 mins. Many people were upset that they ALSO had been sitting there EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Appointments at THAT time were about a 45min wait not to mention they lost a patients paperwork and the patient was RUDELY snapped at as if it was HER fault they lost her paperwork. Reps were snappy and rude! Telling people either to wait or go somewhere else not to mention begin rudely advised to make an appointment next time so they don't have to be so upset. This location is UNPREPARED and RUDE. They talk about their patients once they leave and they laugh at parents whose child cries from getting a blood draw. I've seen twice where they bargain between each other on whose going to take what patients as if taking a child needs to have straws drawn just to do it. I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN!!!
