  • I had a great experience with Emergency Air; the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I took them up on the offer to check my A/C unit out because I just bought the home in August. I was told my unit is working great, indoor coil clean with good temp split. The Tech was great to work with, their customer service rep was also; I was kept informed of the scheduled check up and was called a day prior to confirm. The tech called me when he was leaving the previous appointment and en route to me, which was in the window of time originally set up. GmanAZ
