  • I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. In waiting I realized she was about to start painting my toes after the worst leg and foot massage I have had. I said I would like callus remover and I was told she didn't have time and that I would need to have asked before I sat down! Wow crappy customer service and so much for accomplishing what I actually came for. I could have easily trimmed and painted my toes at home. Also all the techs continuously talked to each other and rarely to their clients. Not customer friendly at all.
