  • DO NOT pay the extra money to have them move your furniture! I was introduced to Western States Flooring through Costco, and was very impressed with the initial sales rep that came out to measure. I had mentioned a general idea of what color carpet I wanted and he nailed it with the samples. Ordered the carpet and waited for the install.Yesterday our carpet was installed and the carpet itself looks awesome, they definitely did a good job there and the quality of carpet seems great. However, we paid extra to have them move our furniture - and even did half the job for them by removing all of the drawers in our dressers so all they had to move was the frames. They left and upon putting everything back together... we noticed they broke a support beam on one our dressers, broke a door stopper (and tried to hide it), took a small chunk out of one of our doors AND left a huge mess in our garage where they did the cutting. I recommend their carpet and the actual install - but unless you want to deal with repairs - move your furniture yourself.
