  • I appreciate your response and will upgrade the review to 2 stars because of it. However, it is your job to keep track of customers and wait on them in order. More importantly though, I just don't get why businesses fail to greet and welcome every customer that walks through their door. Each one is an opportunity to grow your business and it begins with a simple greeting.
