Mr. Robinson you keep bringing up the point that a credit was put on our account and how nice you were to do that. The fact of the matter is that your company made a promise to me you did not keep and that was a good gesture of customer service to fix it. If the property could not be ready I should have been told that from the beginning so I could find another one. When we moved in, there was damaged appliances, backed up plumbing, and your paint guys painted over already damaged walls that you chose to blame on me. The spa cover was requested to cover the broken spa you ended up charging me to fix that didn't work in the first place that we were told it was going to be removed. I tried to show pictures and explain these points to your company and I was told tough luck. You and your company stole from me in the end. From the look of the other reviews you do this to many other people as well. Hopefully my review will save at least one person from having the same rotten experience I did.
