  • I used the USAA car buying program and first thing the next morning I received an email and a call from Marcelino. We set an appointment and I was ten minutes early. The person scheduled after me had showed up before me, so Marcelino made it a point to greet me, acknowledge our appointment and then quickly found an associate named Joe to help me. I walked in with a good idea of what I wanted, however I decided to check out the used lot first so I could get more for my money. Jo was very patient with me and assisted me with assesing what was important to me. He also helped me with my trade in. I ended up using their financing option because they found me a lower interest rate than my pre-approved loan i had walked in with. To add icing to the cake, Marcelino followed up with me within three days of purchase! My only beef is that I was at the dealership for over six hours due to a back up in the registration/paperwork department. Also, my var seemed to have been carelessly rushed through the detailing station. Overall a great experience though. Thank you Marcelino, Joe and Earnhardt! I would shop here again and gladly refer others.
