  • This location has been my service provider for the last 3 years, only because it is the closest one that falls under my insurance provider. The service is awful! The staff is unfriendly and they have never been on time with their appointments, expect to wait 20-30min. They broke my frames one year while adjusting the fit and sent me home with taped frames, I had to fight with corporate to get the frames replaced. Most recently I got a new prescription and frames, when collecting my new glasses I immediately noted that something was wrong and that the prescription was not correct. They tried to send me home with the incorrect prescription lenses even after they confirmed that there had been a mistake. I am so done with Nationwide. This branch is TERRIBLE!
