  • After a recent bike tune-up done at Las Vegas Cyclery in Summerlin, I felt some additional adjustments may be needed. I contacted the store via their website and their service manager, David Ray, responded quickly and promised to make things right. I was in the store the next morning and David put the bike on the stand. Twenty minutes later, the problem was found and corrected. It was a dried up rear wheel bearing that needed some extra lubrication. I really appreciate what the store and David has done to make my day and they have earned my business. Thank you.
