  • Do not deal with these people! These guys only care about getting money out of you. I was at the dealership all day shopping for a car and unfortunately by the time they worked the numbers out for me, i was so tired of looking at cars that i didn't notice the pre-owned one i chose had damage to the passenger side door frame. After signing papers and going out to the car, I brought it up to the salesman and he said he hadn't noticed it before and clearly wasn't interested in talking about it. Earlier that day he 'd been explaining what a great pre-owned vehicle inspection they do before selling cars. I figured i was stuck with it and was too tired to argue at that point so i left with the car. The next day, it rained and water leaks through the damaged door frame. To their credit, they did bend the door back into place with the door frame so it doesn't leak anymore, although i still have a dented rusty doorframe. Then i received multiple letters in the mail that my loan had fallen through. I called the financial department to ask and he had no clue what I'm talking about. I was worried I'd be out a vehicle because a friend of mine had gone in to ask about buying the car i traded in and was told they sold it already (which it clearly stated in the paperwork they would not sell it until the loan had finalized). Later, i went in for a routine oil change and had to wait for an hour and a half. When they finished, they left a giant oil spot on the hood. I asked them politely to look at it, and when the guy came back with my keys, he handed them to me without a word and walked away before i could thank him for taking care of it. It felt like he was bothered i even wasted his time with it. Now I'm getting emails, texts and calls constantly even as late as 9:00pm, asking me to buy another car with them. Often they call and leave me up to a 30 sec. voicemail that is silent except for smartphone Facebook/ notification sounds. I've recently gotten a recall notice on my car that the passenger airbag is at risk for the airbag going off in a crash and flying shrapnel into the passenger causing serious injury or death. The notice said to call and schedule a repair. When i called, they told me i had to bring the car in so they could verify i actually had the problem airbag. They wasted an hour of my time to find out I do have the bad airbag yet, they do not have parts to fix this and said they will let me know when they do. As i was leaving, they had the audacity to tell me not to worry it's still safe to drive. I am so sick of this dealership.
