  • This car rental company is a complete scam and joke of an operation! I booked a reservation online for a family member. The total cost for a 5 day rental was $47. Because their web site defaults to the next calendar day, I accidentally made the reservation for one day in advance of the day we arrived. I assumed we would pay one extra day of the daily rate. Nope...They told us that our entire rate would DOUBLE if we picked the car up one day early. We then ask if we can make a new reservation online as online still showed the same daly rate: Nope we can't do that either. It's against their rules. Seriously? So we said screw you and told them cancel our reservation. Well they throw this $35 cancel fee at us if we cancel within 24 hours. We were actually 26 hours ahead of the reservation so no cancel fee should be charged. Horrible attitudes on the employees literally egging us on to fight with them. How the heck do you DOUBLE a quoted reservation amount for 1 more day? So they got NOTHING and we took our business elsewhere. This is a very disgusting business practice.
