  • This Florist was so kind to me after I had tried to call "Arizona Fresh Flowers " & "Phoenix Fresh Flowers" . The 2 that I had called 1st (only because I hadn't a clue who to call because my Aunt died and I live in Michigan. I needed flowers sent same day to Scottsdale, AZ!)...so those 2 were rude to me on the telephone ! They laughed at me and acted like I was "stupid" for thinking I could call @ 9:30am the same day...to get something delivered a couple of blocks away! So the lady at "AZ fresh flowers" sent me to another place where a different person answered the phone and said it was "Phoenix Fresh Flowers" but she said that her friend just told her that I'd already called them...and that they told me they could "not accommodate me!" Soooo...I was frustrated and looked on Google for a florist close to the funeral home. I found this "Cactus Floral" on N. Scottsdale rd... From the moment the lady answered the phone, she was empathetic , kind and caring! She told me not only could they do this delivery for me TODAY to the funeral home, but she would "personally see to it!" What a difference in attitude from the other two flower shops!! We visit Arizona because of having relatives there. Well, I will be visiting this store and personally thanking them for doing such a great job for me! The next time we go to Arizona I will be doing that. But for now, O at least wanted to write them a stellar review for the kindness I was shown and the speed in which they could take care of my family's needs! Thank you so much to the CACTUS Flower shop in Scottsdale, AZ where I will send any business I have in that area from now on!
