  • Michael Curlee helped my buy a home in Desert Ridge. I moved here from Southern CA so had to take some time to check out the different areas and housing styles. Mike showed me the whole range of choices and gave information about each area I was considering. He never pushed his opinion but did give me pros and cons so that I could decide what was important for me. Once I found a place, he provided the comparables so that I could make a fair offer. He stayed close during the whole process, used good partners in the process and even negotiated with the seller's realtor when the appraisal came in a little lower than expected. Finally he made the move easier by providing links to utilities and referrals for a good handy man. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy.
