  • I go to Sweet Flour mainly for their Fitness Cookie. Awesome! Also, if I'm in the mood for a milder, but very tasty latte I'll swing by there. Sweet Flour uses Ideal Coffee espresso beans which is a solid brand. If they're not too busy you can grab a stool by the entrance way that looks onto Bloor for people watching or you can sit at one of their three very comfy chairs while you're enjoying a good book or chatting with a friend. However, the area deeper into the cafe with small tables and chairs is a bit cramped. Their staff always seems to be quite pleasant.
