  • Scheduled an appointment. Based on grill size I was quoted a price of $150.00. Appointment time arrives but no Bar-B-Que. Unable to reach anyone and was unable to leave a message as mailbox was full. Later that day they called, apologized and gave the excuse I wasn't in their database. I did wonder then how they knew they had an appointment and had my phone number. I scheduled for the next day at 10. At 9:45 they called to say they would be 1/2 hour late. 1/2 hour later they called again to say they would be another half hour. I was no longer polite and they then quoted me a reduced price of $150.00 because of the inconvenience. Needless to say I canceled the appointment. Given the level of service I was not surprised when the owner never contacted me to apologize.
