  • The vet seemed clinically proficient, but this emergency clinic appears to operate inefficiently to a point that they pride themselves on it. The vet told me a 4 hr wait time was more than appropriate. Unfortunately, I have spent some time in vet ER's. I have waited long hours but not to the risk of my pets health and not without an understanding of what was going on. The front desk receptionist, Riley, was very sweet, but the technician was incredibly rude. I would not take my pets back here after my experience.
