  • Like most people that rate this place 1-2 stars, it's about the customer service. The store itself is pretty nice. Pretty organized for such a big crafts store. Usually I come here and customer service has always been alright. I mean nothing extraordinary, but nothing that really bothered me either. Until my last trip. For once I actually needed assistance finding something. I had seen something on their website so I went to the store to look for it. Went to that section of the store, didn't find it. So I pulled it up on my phone ready to ask an associate about it. Asked this lady (middle aged. Short blonde hair. British accent) if she could help me find this, as I'm trying to show it to her on my phone. She BARKS at me saying "what are you looking for?" I said "it's these display cases" and shows her my phone. The whole time she refuses to look at my phone and kept asking me to describe what I'm looking for. IM SHOWING YOU WHAT IM LOOKING FOR! anyways. Obviously she wasn't much help. Just said "we don't have it" very rudely throughout our whole conversation. So I took it upon myself to look closer down the aisle. And guess what?!?! I found it myself. Quit your job is you hate customer service. You're at the wrong place.
