  • What has happened to Customer Service? I just had the worst experience at Kneaders Bakery. My wife and I stopped in for a couple of salads and a small treat to take home afterwards. After placing our orders, the manager came out to give us our food. The problem was he only brought half of the order. When I went to the cashier to get the other half, she was great and gave me what I was missing. I then get back to the table and realize the original half was made wrong. This time the wife went up to the cashier. She wasn't looking for a free meal or refund, she simply wanted what we ordered. The manager overhearing the conversation inserted himself into the conversation and abruptly responds, "So, what do you want me to do about it?" Uh, how about give me what I ordered? Or how about lose the attitude? If I am going to spend my time and money to go out to eat, I don't want attitude. Needless to say, the next time the wife asks where do you want to go for lunch? I will definitely avoid going back to Kneaders.
