  • I have to give one star because, as Tommy S. says, the cancellation policy is a headache and leaves one feeling ripped off. I liked the classes, so my issue is not with the gym or the workout . The issue is the misleading language of the cancellation policy. The agreement states that there is a 30 day cancellation policy, but in actuality it is 60 days. When I reached out to the club I got no response - typical. I went in to the club to submit my cancellation BEFORE the April 6th removal of the fee from my checking account. They removed the money on the 6th, which I anticipated because it had not been 30 days. I sent a note to O.T. to make sure that more money would not be removed the following month (May 6th) and got no response, but the money was taken out of my account. 30 days, to me, would be the one month (April) that was removed then done. I have a very bad image of this place now because of that and I would not recommend it to anyone at this point, unless you don't care about this type of business dealings.
