We checked in here in a Thursday night, for a one night stay the weekend of Super Bowl. Very nice lobby and Jr helped us at the front desk. He was helpful and got us checked in quick.
Our room was nice. You can tell this a is an older building with some renovations to bring the decor to a modern look and feel. The bathroom was nice, high counter vanity sink, and a separate toilet and shower/tub. My complaint here was that the door to the toilet and shower/tub was merely a sliding barn door. It did not shut completely, nor latch closed. In fact, it kind of bounced back open a bit. Not my style. I don't care who I'm with, or how long I've know them... I'd like some privacy and 'closure' in the bathroom. There's no exhaust fan either...you can hold a completely clear conversation with others at the far end of the room while enjoying the porcelain thrown. The showers could use some water pressure too.
Otherwise, our bed was nice and comfy. The tv was huge. Giant sliding door onto the balcony overlooking the courtyard and some of the lake. We requested additional towels from housekeeping. They arrived promptly.
My stay here was nice. Overall it felt clean, and the staff was all very courteous and helpful.
