  • If i could give them NO stars, i would! This is the worst, an i mean WORST, branch in all of charlotte. They make you jump through hoops and do TOO much to rent a damn car. I have been renting from Enterprise twice a year for the last 6 years. This location likes to check too much of your personal information in order to rent. They want utility bills and all types of crap. Since when does rental companies "check credit?" I usually use a completely different branch and I guess I have built a trusting relationship. I hate this place. I hate the employees. They are really making me hate enterprise as a company. This is the absolute worst branch and I mean that wholeheartedly.
