I've come here a number of times with family and friends and every time I've come there seems to be an issue with getting service from the front desk. Whether it's paying for a game, an issue with the lanes or something else we can't seem to get help. I come to this location for the convenience and how slow it is compared to a large bowling alley. I don't understand why there isn't more staff to support a large portion of what this casino has to offer. There shouldn't be someone NOT at the front desk at any point and time. This is a business. Treat it like it is one. If you care about your customers be present for them. Simple as that.
