  • I've been coming here for about 2 years now and the only reason I'm giving even 2 stars is because of my regular lady, Michelle. She is amazing, sweet and very talented. So I always ask for her. Now today I have a real problem, I called to schedule an appointment with Michelle as I do every single time. They took my name and appointment no questions asked. I get here today and Michelle no longer works Monday or Tuesday.... Ummm would've been nice to know when I called yesterday. I would have scheduled something for when she was here. So fine they make excuses and give me someone else who did a poor job and basically ignored me when I ask questions or gave direction. She kept getting pissed at small things and just had an overall attitude. Her get light was SO HOT. Like burn my skin off, when I told her she just said "keep it in the light". Okay, who needs the first layer of skin anyway. The pedicure lady was more interested in talking to her friend next to her than rubbing my feet. The place is a mess with the reconstruction and they are totally unprofessional. It's all just gone downhill. Will most likely see Michelle in the future but that is it.
