Customer service is pretty abysmal. On my most recent visit to get some parts for an electric recliner that was out of warranty, I paid for the switch and power kit that I needed and was informed that I should receive it via a drop shipment in 7-21 days. Flash forward to 27 days later and I had not received my parts. I called the store and they said that they would email the warehouse and then call me back to see what the hold up was. The store never called me back but the next day I got a call from the warehouse and the rep said, "We got your order and you should be receiving it in 7-21 days". When I said, "ANOTHER 7-21 days? I place this order a month ago", she replied with, "I'm showing that we just received this order yesterday." So, yeah, the local store charged me for the parts and apparently NEVER SUBMITTED THE ORDER.
