  • Acerno Villas is the best place to live in the Las Vegas area. Don't listen to the bad reviews. They are totally wrong and are probably those few trouble makers you see in apartment complexes. Here at Acerno Villas they treat each resident or future resident like they are VIP's. Brandy and Yatalie are the best! They are very professional, happy to answer any questions or concerns, and always willing to assist you. The maintenance staff is great, professional, and quick to fix anything that goes wrong. This is a quiet, clean, family oriented property. Everyone looks out for each other. The complex is well maintained and very secure. I have never felt unsafe here with the close knit community, management, other employees, as well as gated entry. Back in 2009 my husband and I lived here and it was awesome living here back then. We moved to help family out due too a family member passing but, once things were better we decided to move. When we were apartment hunting, it went no further than Acerno Villas. We knew it was well priced, the apartments are beautiful, the complex is very safe and clean, there are many amenities, they are very quick to fix any issues, and the staff is AWESOME!! When coming in to rent at Acerno Villas we noticed a new staff. The old staff was awesome but, the new staff is exceptional. We knew were we gonna love living here even more than before. I have never in my renting history ever felt so welcomed. Almost all rental properties treat you like your nothing and just want your money. That certainly isn't that way here at Acerno Villas! Acerno Villas treats everyone equally, you are very important to them, and they want you to be very happy living here. I can't say enough good things about Acerno Villas but, I will end with this. My husband and I have always wanted to live in a home we own but, we have gotten so picky that, that dream is taking time. I think it is because we love living here so much that we don't want to move. You won't be disappointed living here!! Come home to Acerno Villas, Kim Pace
