The idea of ice-cream rolls sounds good, but trust me: it's just regular ice-cream.
Originally I was super excited to try Arctic Bites. I thought the idea of ice-cream rolls sounded cute and hipster. However, the 1.5hr-2hr wait was definitely not worth the $7.35 ice cream I ate. For the price I paid and the line I waited in, I expected my ice-cream to be mind-blowing. However, it LITERALLY just tastes like regular ice-cream that I can buy in a grocery store. The store is so tiny and there are only 4 tops (3 were being used when I went because one was under maintenance). To be honest, they could definitely have fit in at least another two tops at the back counter to maximize space and keep wait times down. Customer service is mediocre, borderline rude. I was there with a couple of friends, and one order was wrong (he ordered one thing, they gave him something else). I told them they made it wrong and the girl rolled her eyes at me. Yeah, okay sorry my friend's WRONG order is a huge inconvenience to your life lady. He didn't pay $7.35 and wait in a 1.5hr/2hr line just to get a wrong order and attitude from you.
TLDR; it's a complete waste of time for mediocre ice-cream. Definitely would not recommend. If you want good ice cream, there are plenty of places in Downtown Toronto that are better and more worth it.
