  • DO NOT USE this company. They came out to do our carpet cleaning last week. Originally we were quoted a little over $100 for 3 rooms and a loft which is totally reasonable. Then when the technician, Eric, walked through the home with us he told us it was going to be $549 which obviously blew us away when we were expecting closer to $100. I will not lie, there were a few pet stains (I have a small 5 pound dog who thought it would be fun to mark a few places but he's only 5 pounds and literally marking included a few dribbles and it wasn't excessive by any means) that needed to be addressed. I was not going to pay over $500 for any carpet cleaning service so we were about to send him away when he said he would take care of us and do everything including the pet treatment needed for $329 and that he would guarantee his work and come back out for up to 30 days if we weren't happy with the work done. Turns out he didn't do the pet treatment and now all they are guaranteeing is the deodorizer which is just a spray used, they aren't willing to come out and re-clean or provide the pet treatment which was promised from the beginning. We spent over 2 hours on and off of the phone with Hilda in the office trying to resolve the issue and got absolutely nowhere with that. Tried to speak to a manger or the owners and she kept saying that isn't allowed but she would have him cal us back today asap. It is now midnight and we never heard from the owner Carlos. All we want is them to complete the service that was originally promised but apparently that is too much to ask. I highly recommend avoiding this company and In my line of business I deal with people daily that need cleaning services so they missed out on a huge opportunity for more business as far as I'm concerned. Terrible customer service and all around service as a whole. Very unfortunate. *****in response to Esvins comment below: nobody misunderstood your technician. Your technician blatantly lied to your customer and you aren't willing to fix that issue either!
