  • I just enrolled my daughter 2 days ago for preK and 5 mins. after dropping her I off I asked to pull her out. Due to the contract I signed I have to pay $175 for another week before I can pull her out. Today as I picked her up, she had a large goose egg on her head. The teacher told me she fell on the pavement. I asked why I hadn't been called and the Director, Heather, defensively told me that her Assistant Director called me and left a message. I have no voicemails or missed calls. I was not notified that my daughter had a head injury. My daughter has been potty trained for a year, speaks in full sentences, is very smart and will be three in a month. I asked if she could be moved into the 3 and 4 class because I didn't want her with 1 and 2 yr. olds and I was flat out told no. I had to put her with babies with bottles and diapers. She was required to have a sippy cup. She hasn't used a sippy cup in a year! When I finally got her into the 3 yr. old room, after I said I was pulling her out, they asked me if she wears diapers. I've gone three times now to pick up my daughter and each time I arrive kids are running around screaming with no sense of direction. It's chaos! After this head injury I am demanding my money back and I am reporting this place to the state.
